Our team coordinates the trades and manages the work as the project progresses, maintaining communication and monitoring the details that affect quality.

At completion we review the project with you, address remaining punch-list items and make sure the work is ready to be enjoyed.

Do you work with architects and designers?
Regularly. We work from architectural and design documents and coordinate directly with the design team through construction.
What is custom construction?
Building tailored to a specific property and vision — from detached garages and pool houses to fully custom homes and unique commercial spaces. Every plan starts from your goals, not a template.
Do you build on a lot I already own?
Yes. We evaluate the lot for buildability, setbacks, floodplain status, and utility access before design begins, so the plan fits the property — not just the wish list.
Do you handle permits, engineering, and inspections?
Yes. We coordinate architects, structural engineers, surveyors, and the full City of Houston (or county) permitting process, plus all required inspections through final sign-off.
How long does a custom construction project take?
Timelines vary widely by scope — a detached structure may take 3–5 months, while a full custom home is typically 9–14 months. We build a realistic schedule during pre-construction and communicate proactively if anything shifts.
Can you work from plans my architect already drew?
Absolutely. We regularly build from client-provided plans — we'll review them for constructability and flag anything that needs engineering clarification before we break ground.
