Yes. We coordinate custom cabinetry and millwork as part of the construction scope so the fit, finish and installation are all managed by one team.
How long does a kitchen remodel take in Houston?
A typical custom kitchen remodel takes 6–12 weeks of construction, plus 2–4 weeks for planning, selections, and permitting. Custom cabinetry lead times are the biggest variable — we lock those in early.
Can you remove walls for an open-concept kitchen?
Yes — open-concept conversions are one of our specialties. We verify which walls are load-bearing, engineer the structural solution, handle permits, and rebuild so the new space feels intentional, not patched.
Do I need a permit for a kitchen remodel in Houston?
If the work involves electrical, plumbing, or structural changes — which most full kitchen remodels do — yes. We pull all required City of Houston permits and schedule inspections.
Do you handle plumbing, electrical, and appliance installation?
Yes. Our team coordinates licensed plumbers and electricians, appliance integration, and all finish trades, so you deal with one point of contact throughout.
Can I supply my own appliances or materials?
Yes. Many clients purchase their own appliances or specialty materials. We'll review specifications during planning to make sure everything fits the design and rough-in requirements.
