- Complete Renovations
A full interior renovation with reworked layout, new finishes and rebuilt millwork throughout.
Scope of work
Layout changes, structural improvements, new kitchen and baths, flooring, millwork, lighting and paint.
Challenges
The original floor plan closed off the main living areas and the existing framing limited how far walls could be opened.
Construction solution
Structural work was sequenced early so the new openings could be framed and supported before finishes began, keeping the schedule intact.
